Travel and Transportation




Our pickup time is 10:30 next to Aubrie's in TownSquare in El Nido. Here you can relax before getting picked up and brought to the San Fernando Transport Terminal. Please wait at the cafe on the beach next to the Cayo Coco Sign for our boat crew to collect you.
Arriving by our shuttle to the teriminal in San Fernando, our boat will take you to the island. The total journey time from El Nido is approximately 2 hours but times may vary, depending on the weather. Check-out from our island is at 9:30 for a return to TownSquare EL Nido (pick ups from Lio can be arranged, contact us for more information).
Arrivals with your own boat: For guests with Sea Quest, Calmada or any other private charter, please contact us directly to notify us of your tour operator and estimated arrival time.

Arrival, Transfers, and On-Site Services
Can I get picked up from Lio or Lio Airport?
Due to delays which may occur with the airline, we cannot offer airport pickups as our other guests will need to arrive on time. We suggest staying one night in Lio, with a transfer in the morning. Contact us directly for more advice and info. A private taxi may be possible depending on your hotel location.
Can I get picked up from another location?
Yes this is possible but will be at an extra charge of 1,800 or 2,000 php. You will need to arrive in San Fernando for the 11:00 AM boat transfer as there are no other transfers available. Contact us for more info and to arrange this.
Can I go to Coron from your place or come to your place from Coron?
The only way is through a privately chartered boat. Contact us for a customized rate based on your needs, as we do not offer regular transfers. The other way is for guests to arrive at El Nido port and stay one night there before coming to us.
What happens if I am not able to make it for check-in due to Cayo Coco being unable to pick us up?
In the rare event that we are unable to pick you up due to cancellations for weather where restrictions are imposed by the authorities, we will re-imburse you for your stay for the duration of the restriction. If the restrictions are lifted and we are able to take you to the island, we will organise a new transfer and resume your stay with us. Your booking for the days where there are no restrictions may not be refundable.
What activities are available at Cayo Coco?
We offer snorkeling, volleyball, and kayaking. It is also possible for you to walk to the village. Additional services such as scuba diving, fishing tours, massages, and private events are available for an extra fee and subject to availability.
Do you cater to special requests?
Yes, we accommodate requests such as private beach dinners with special menus. Feel free to ask about any specific needs.
What happens if I miss my transfer to Cayo Coco?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (we do not have phone signal on the island). Organising a transfer the same day may not be possible. If another transfer is possible, this will incur extra charges. Missing your transfer might also result in losing part of your experience, get in touch with us so we can do our best to help.
Do you cater to allergies and special diets?
Yes, please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions. You should also speak directly with our chef or management before ordering to ensure your needs are met.


Booking and Payment-Related Questions
How can I make a booking?
CLick "Book now" in the top right hand corner of the website or on a button located in our pages. From there you can select your room and dates. For last minute bookings within 48 hours, contact us directly to arrange this with you.
How can I pay at Cayo Coco?
You can settle your tab at the end of your stay. We accept cash and PayPal (fees are covered by the guest). You can also pay through our PayPal invoice without needing an account with PayPal. Contact us directly for an invoice.
How do I book scuba diving?
Contact us directly to reserve your spot, or book upon arrival at Cayo Coco (subject to availability) We notify our partners of your chosen dates for diving but unless four people or more are diving on the same day, it may not be possible to book a dive.
How do I book a massage?
You can book your massage on arrival at Cayo Coco (subject to availability). We currently have one masseuse on the island so couple massages are not possible.
What are the different types of accommodations?
We offer cottages with shared restrooms. All shared restroom facilities are clean and modern.
Our cottages ensuite as well as Ocean Suites all have private restrooms.
